MatchSentinel is an independently developed fixture and match notification service. We monitor professional football matches and provide user reminders before the kickoff times.
We offer different tiers of service to ensure fair server resource usage:
MatchSentinel is an independently developed fixture and match notification service. Our application is not officially associated with, affiliated with, or endorsed by any football club, league management, or sports federation in the world.
Club names listed in the application interface for searching and tracking are used under 'Fair Use' principles solely for identifying the respective teams and providing information. No official club logos, registered emblems, or licensed fonts are used. Visual elements representing teams (colors and letters) are entirely generic and original designs. No trademark or copyright infringement is intended.
MatchTimes, fixture information, and notifications provided through MatchSentinel servers are entirely public data. While utmost care is taken to ensure accuracy and instant delivery, the developer cannot be held responsible for delays, incorrect or missing notifications caused by internet connection, data sources, or server congestion. The user accepts these terms by using the app. In addition, news titles, summaries, and images provided in the application are automatically retrieved from external RSS feeds and Google News searches. MatchSentinel does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or copyright compliance of these external contents. Links under news direct users to third-party websites; MatchSentinel cannot be held responsible for the content, privacy policies, or security of these websites. All messages, content, and views shared in the Virtual Stadium chat rooms are the sole responsibility of the user who posted them. The developer is not liable for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any user-submitted content, acting purely as a hosting/service provider. The developer shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or legal disputes arising from user interactions or messages within the chat rooms. MatchSentinel Premium subscription is sold for the purpose of providing users with instant match alerts and notifications. The Virtual Stadium Chat Rooms are not an essential element of the subscription, but rather a free and additional social feature offered to premium users for interaction purposes. The Premium subscription of a user banned/blocked from the chat rooms due to violating community guidelines will not be cancelled, nor will any refund be issued, as they will continue to receive match alerts and notifications. Access to the chat rooms is not a right, but a privilege that continues as long as rules are followed.

Access to the Virtual Stadium chat rooms is restricted to Premium subscription tiers. To maintain a safe and friendly environment, any form of abuse, profanity, political discussions, spam, or advertising is strictly prohibited. Moderation is enforced through user reporting and AI evaluation. Users violating these rules will receive progressive temporary chat bans (1, 7, 14, 30, 90, or 365 days). This restriction applies strictly to the chat rooms; the user fully retains access to all other core application features, including kickoff alarms (sirens), fixtures, and news tracking, and their subscription remains active for these features. Any attempt to evade chat bans by reinstalling the application or restoring subscriptions will result in the automated propagation of the ban to the new installation.
