At MatchSentinel, we highly value your privacy. This policy explains the scope and purpose of the data collected when you use our application.

1. Collected Data

MatchSentinel does not collect any personally identifiable information such as name, email address, phone number, or location. We only process the following technical data:

• App Installation ID (App Install ID): A randomly generated UUID used to allow anonymous login and save your selected team preferences, without collecting any hardware details.
• FCM Notification Token (Push Token): Used to send push notifications when your followed teams have upcoming matches.
• Device Language: Stored to deliver push notifications in your preferred language.
• Virtual Stadium Data: If you enter a virtual stadium chat room, we process your connection logs (nickname, entry/exit timestamp, encrypted IP address, source port, match details, session ID) and transient chat messages.

2. Purpose of Data Use

The collected anonymous identifiers are used solely for the following purposes:

• Storing the user's followed team preferences in the database.
• Delivering push notifications to the correct user device at the correct match time.
• Monitoring system security and API rate limits.
• Ensuring Virtual Stadium security, complying with local legal and regulatory obligations, and preventing ban evasion.

3. Data Sharing & Security

No collected data is shared or sold to third parties, advertising networks, or analytics companies. Your data is stored securely under encrypted protocols (SSL/TLS) and JWT signature verifications.

4. User Rights

When you uninstall the application, your FCM token becomes invalid and is automatically deleted. You can change or reset your followed teams inside the app at any time. For the Virtual Stadium, EULA consent logs are retained cryptographically for exactly 1.5 years (18 months) for legal compliance and then securely wiped, while active chat messages are permanently deleted exactly 30 minutes after the match ends.
